Integrated Equipment for Busbar & Busduct Fabrication

Manual Busbar Assembly Line

For pre-assembly, clamping, manual riveting, turning, and accessory installation

Manual busbar assembly lines are built for assembly work that is carried out step by step by the operator. A manual busbar assembly line usually includes three main stations: pre-assembly, riveting, and accessory installation. Since busbar systems are not all built in the same way, the assembly line can be set up for either two-piece or four-piece busbar structures.

During assembly, the busbar is held in place so the operator can carry out fixing and riveting more easily. Turning and riveting are done manually, which gives the operator direct control over each step. Once the main assembly work is finished, busbar accessories are installed at the final station.
