Mylar film forming machines handle the heating and forming of polyester film used in compact busbar production. The forming process covers film feeding, pre-forming, thermal forming, shaping, cutting, and unloading as part of one production flow.

Parameters such as busbar width, temperature, length, and quantity can be entered directly through the control interface, after which the forming machine adjusts the process automatically. A standard forming machine is used for the film forming process only. When punching is also required, the forming equipment can be configured with an additional punching station and the corresponding program.
