Cutting aluminum alloy and plastic profiles for busduct housing production

Busduct profile cutting machines are mainly used for cutting aluminum alloy profiles in busduct production. They can also be used for cutting plastic profiles, making them suitable for different profile materials used in related manufacturing work.

Cutting is performed with a carbide saw blade, which allows aluminum alloy or plastic profiles to be cut at a higher speed with good accuracy. During operation, the saw blade angle can be adjusted from 90° to 45° according to the cutting requirement, allowing the profile to be cut at different angles.
